when i do auto scan it seems like it scanning TP but no program comes

You need fine tuning of dish or lnb, signal not locking on stb,
Try to increase the signal then check

Yes your signal quality is 24% that is why not locking so align your dish towards 95*East if you are not watching DD free dish. If you have 75CM dish then you can align properly to get 93.5*E & 95*E both ,Also check your lnb by moving right or left for good signal. This is called as skewing the lnb ok.
