Reliance Communications is likely to sell controlling stake in its DTH business to Sun Group, the media reports stated on Thursday.

Valuation of DTH business is expected at Rs 25 billion. The deal may be finalize in next 15 to 20 days, reports added.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till Jun. 12, 2013, falling 4.14% compared with the Sensex's 5.37% decline.

It outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 65.76% as against 2.68% fall in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.9, or 0.85%, to trade at Rs 105.60. The total volume of shares traded was 2,090,181 at the BSE (2.03 p.m., Thursday).
