Did u counted insat tp available with sun direct.

Rdtv will be cleared debt, also rdtv will get new channel bcoz sun direct team will decide new channel, which rdtv team was slow.

Did u counted 4 tps which both operator shares.

No need of realigment of rdtv dish, its benifit for company, which is not case if other 2 operator merge.
