RDTV Changed the FEC of its 2 TPs

12523,H,30000,23,S2,8PSK to 12524,H,30000,34,S2,8PSK
12683,V,30000,56,DVB-S,QPSK to 12683,V,30000,78,DVB-S,QPSK.

Changes have been done to get more Bandwidth, 1st one is HD TP and new HD Channel might be on the Card.
