Reasons we may see ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD on Dish TV soon.

Before January 2013 ESS HD channels were owned 50% by ESPN International and 50% by STAR India. The share of ESPN International has been bought by FOX since January 2013. If we take a look at Dish TV HD channels we can see that Dish TV is the only platform to carry FOX Traveller HD, as well as upscaled versions of FOX Crime and FX. This indicates fairly good relations with FOX. Dish TV has recently added the STAR Asli HD channels to their plaform this shows that the slight dispute with STAR has been resolved as well. Since the problem had always been with "ESS", this is no longer a problem because ESPN Star Sports now just exists until FOX renames ESPN. Since the ICC Champions Trophy is almost here, we can expect that Star Cricket HD is going to be added and since ESPN HD comes fairly cheaply with Star Cricket HD, we can expect that Dish TV may add both these channels at once, and keep them on a permenant basis since they have no space issues on their TP's.
