Reception of Express 103 (96.5E)

Is anyone able to confirm for me that Express 103 is receivable in India? It appears that only the northern portion of the country is in the footprint.

Is there 5G usage in the C-band that blocks reception?

Korean Central Television. I had a dish set up before in Southeast Asia to record it for archival purposes, but when it moved from Chinasat we lost reception. It started on Express 103 on July 1.

Thanks, but Intelsat 21 (which I receive already) is standard definition. Livestream even lower resolution. I need high definition, which is only on Express 103.
