Recharge Done but Balance not reflecting in STB

[font=arial, sans-serif]But in STB its still not updated. Even I tried to refresh account through Videocon D2h website but still its showing the same expiry date ie 02/08/2016. [/font]

[font=arial, sans-serif]Even I sent mail to customer care but got rubbish response as they dun know how to tackle my problem.[/font]

Can any1 help me? Any other alternative way?
I dun want to see blank screen tomorrow.

Is your online account showing the new balance?

Yes.
In d2h site, its showing updated balance
but in STB, it showing old balance as well as old expiry date

If your account showing new balance, then don't worry ...:k
If you add any add-on or a la carte your stb will also update with new balance...
