Recording in TS+HD

Hello there,
Can u please let me know about the recording in ts +hd as will it record even when the power in off i mean its red or only in the on mode that is green light.
How many recordings can be done at a time.

It can record in standby mode (red light). 2 channels can be recorded simultaneously.

But tata sky chat told me can record 3 at a time

TS +HD has two tuners and hence you can either "watch one - record one" or "record two" channels simultaneously... and yes it can record while on stand by (red light)....

if the chat says that you can record 3, ask them how to do it and how many tuners available in the stb...

In US there are 5 tuners and can record 5 channels at a time
