refreshing my account

Dear All,
After recharging my DISH TV account it is not showing in STB my Account Section
The recharge was done on 29/05/2019, I have done refreshing my account many times on dish tv website but still same problem
its not showing new subscribed channels also
Please Help

I am not using in India
Also I sent email to CC they just refreshed my account
But still same problem
