rEGARDING PACK UPGRADE

IF i upgrade today my airtel basic pack to magnum. how many days it will take to allow me to again downgrade my pack.

In vediocon, it will take one month, what about airtel

For existing customer can upgrade or downgrade a package anytime(only for monthly recharge customer),because airtel only change the DBR (daily rate).

downgrade only possible at calling CC (sometimes non experienced cc giving trouble to downgrade a package,on that time tell him to connect TL or SM,it will be cleared).

What you mean by TL and SM ?
 
Mostly Downgrade And Upgrade Policy is Same in All DTH...it is One Month.

What you mean by TL and SM ?

TL - Team Leader
SM - Sales Manager

in airtel advance rental users only facing some issue,otherwise we can change anytime to higher version,because system will change DBR only,not one month fee.

Downgrade is issue.
