Kasthuri TV new logo is not yet registered in the website. Anyone knows how they have updated without license.

Also the channel telecast Magic ring advertisement slots, which is now banned..

They have registered on class 41, BTW ipindia is just for protect to avoid misuse etc. It's not mandatory to register on ipindia , mib approval is must to change logos.
