I think Samay used to have a dedicated Delhi/NCR channel. Maybe it still does. It seems that Haryana will be split off from the existing Zee Punjab/Haryana/Himachal channel and that will be renamed to Zee Punjab/Himachal.

So this is going to be a satellite channel for Delhi/Haryana ?

This can also b for Youtube channel. Sahara had Sahara Samay Delhi/NCR then Rajasthan was added in its name and now it is just Sahara Samay Rajasthan
