I have been paying attention to trademarks for a long time but did you notice that NDTV and Laxmi TV Network have chosen only Class 41 for their channels and have nothing to do with Class 38 yet they have been given licence for satellite channel. Satellite licence are obtained from both Class 38 and Class 41, you can verify it yourself.

Yes Class 38 & 41 both can be used for satellite channels but see the description always Buddy not go by class both are for Cable n OTT channels trademarks even Vijay Tv all channels use Class 41 .
