There is no tie up and no refund there is a provision in t&c in bigtv CAF which mentions there will be no refund upon closure
 
Already they told that they have deal 3 DTH to change the connection.
Now two DTH provider confirmed.
1.sundirect
2.tatasky
3.unknown

In SMS itself mentioned to pay activation charges for DTH pack
 
Only new connection will be provided without recharge.shifting choice only to tatasky @jay vithlani bro?or any other dth,choice will be given?. :huh:
