Yesterday the engineer came 7 days after i registered a complaint for remote and tried to sell me old remote(with teeth marks and paint fading) saying its a new one. I called customer care then he said to them its new a one and its wear and tear because of bag he is carrying is rough. I refused to buy that old one and cc told me they will send another engineer today with a new remote.Now today after i called cc to know when i will be getting a new remote they told me my complaint has been completed yesterday itself :wall .
