Seeking Help Remove 'Add Channel' option from Unsubscribd Channels

Guys I've recently taken Airtel Fiber Black ₹599 plan. With that I've got a Xtream 4k STB. But when I'm changing channels the channels which are not subscribed in my pack there is "add channel" option showing in screen if I accidentally press that button will that channel added to my account? How to remove that add channel option?

last one year, my parents accidently subscribed 4 channels till now, and i paid one month subscription for this unnecessary option.

I think this is a deliberate move by airtel to milk extra money from customer.

Buddy, it is a facility for providing more convenience to customers for adding a channel and calling it a move to earn more money is a very wrong assumption on ur part....what is needed is that they need to bring an option to lock this service or add a validation key/step so as to avoid channels getting added mistakenly

But they still haven’t done this for as long as the service existed. Why wouldn’t this be a money grab exercise then?
