what do you mean you are not having time based addition? every channel signs a deal for a certain period of time, they have to renew it when the time comes..

I agree active service is useless in many persons views .. but if the channel doesn't pay the full carraige fee they will be moved to active services.. reporter tv is still in financial troubles iirc...
