They've bought some Old YouTube Channels of 2015-16 to Launch these channels on it . Already Website is updated with these 2 channels info as coming soon . May be they'll acquire some old Channels in Tamil & Marathi.

I don't think Saam tv will become R Marathi .because Saam tv is from oldest and popular News Paper group Sakal Media group which runs a successful News Papers in Marathi over a decades also they run English & Konkani News Paper and Konkani News Channel called "Gomantak Tv". Also Saam tv is very popular in Marathi tv news industry having good ratings. Another thing is the channel group Sakal is owned and operated by Pawar family which is relatives of NCP (SP) party leader Sharad Pawar, currently in opposition of Shinde/Bjp Government in maharashtra . And Republic tv is owned by Arnab Goswami which is bjp supporter. So it's not happen. I think if he wanted to buy or JV with existing marathi news channel then it may be Jay Maharashtra news. Because first one channel is suffering for trp charts from long time. Also I saw many time the programmes of these channel is in the view of BJP. So i think JM will be the choice by R team.

Tagline of Marathi is "Rashtra Pratham" (trans: Nation First) is quite similar with BJP's tagline "Pratham Rashtra, Nantar Paksha, Shevati Swatahaa " (Trans: Firstly Nation, Later Party, Self in last)
