How can we request for new remote for airtel xtreme dth box?

Call customer care and raise a request.If it is not under warranty, they will charge 350 Rs.

Thanks. Raised request today morning and got new remote today itself.
Total charges paid = 400 (50 service visit + 350 new remote).
