D2h subscribers can now raise Advance Request for Temporary Suspension

D2h subscribers can now opt for Temporary suspension request in advance

Current Process: If any subscriber wants to opt for temporary deactivation service on his connection then he can give the request before one day only and there is no provision of placing advance request for the same.

New Process: W.e.f 26th Apr’22, D2h subscriber can give temporary deactivation request in advance before 15 days and same will be allowed from CC, Website & Mobile App.

Advance request option to opt Temp. DA service before 15 days will be available on CC, Website & Mobile App so that customer is not forced to call us back at CC again on -1 day and he can place advance request for the service.

Note: Rest all the terms and conditions will remain the same.

Important Points

· Subscriber can opt the temporary deactivation service before 15days.

· Maximum 15 days advance period is allow to opt the temporary deactivation service.

· In case subscriber wants to change in his/her existing advance temporary deactivation request, then the existing request will be cancelled and the new request to be raised.
