You don't have to overthink. Ofcourse it'll be dubbed in Hindi, it was a comedy show so they might've seen the potential.

Besides, They definitely don't have that huge library to maintain a rerun marathi channel.

I don't think much. I see some possibilities in this. So told here.
Anyway, Sony is selling a lot of rights of his Hindi entertainment shows library. So, I think they rebrand their rerun shows channel in any other language channel.
