Seeking Help Resetting Airtel Internet Box

Hi Friends,

I am getting CL - 017 Error when trying to play Airtel movies, Kids or any other Airtel contents in Internet Tv. Service Engineer advised me to factory reset and check again. Kindly help me how to do a factory reset on the Internet box.

@Ashok L bro,

1. Click on Airtel Logo Button on Remote
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down to Advance Settings Tab
4. If your search there Factory Reset option will be available and click on it
