Retro is the feed from DD. Currently they are running so many old program from their archives ( like Ramayan, Mahabaharat, Mogali...so many...). And also want to rerun more programs. So they tried first all old feed on testing feed. And then place it on 'TV channel'.
DD have 3 test mode running now, so they use one of them
