rf remote issue

d2h hd rf remote is the worst .i replaced my remote last year,within a year, some buttons do not work .the last replacement charges are high around rs350 .I intimated the cc through twitter .they responded by saying that my product is out of warranty and charges as per schedule apply and requested my consent. I want the remote replaced or repaired early .I expressed my consent to charges .service man is yet to arrive .this make me ponder over the poor quality of the remote and yearly hole it make on my wallet .

Its better after one year do not renew or recharge just cancel your subscription and get a new connection through ebay one year package which is cheaper than annual recharge also you will get new STB with remote and dish full one year warranty.....

I changed many battery many times. Just you need to push it hard to open the battery.
