RIO MRP rates published by broadcasters

Published according to the new tariff order from TRAI. (@Mods, please feel free to update the information as it arrives, since quite a few things are happening simultaneously).

Points to note for discussion:

1. Sony Rox (and a few other channels) is absent from the Sony document
2. Many broadcasters have published separate documents for DACS, DTH, HITS and IPTV
3. The rates are likely to be revised assuming TRAI will limit the bouquet discounts to 15%
4. ETV have published separate documents for AP/Telangana and ROI

May be added or will offer there own modified bouquets . Which will be under priced than broadcasters bouquets
