When they want to add all channels illegaly then why not adding all HD channels available in India ?

They are breaking laws but it doesn't mean that they are doing all things illegaly only,

Why brodcaster giving ads that our channel is available on fw ?

If they added illegaly & showing in 3 states,
Then why broadcasters are silent ?
