just i checked sakshi tv is not removed and i think sakshi tv pays carriage fee right now if carriage fee is not paid by sakshi tv then scrolling is displayed on sakshi tv. so problem solved. Sakshi tv is available in every DTH because this channel owned by YS JAGAN MOHAN REDDY (YSR CONGRESS PARTY).
