Scrolling Message from Videocon D2h about Illegal Viewing of D2h

[align=justify]Yesterday on Star Plus & today on Life OK I am getting this scrolling message from Videocon D2h “Viewers watching this channel via D2h boxes outside the territory of India are doing so at their own risk as the same is illegal” What does it mean?

Are everyone getting this scrolling message or just I am getting it as I am using Videocon D2h outside of India???? Any idea friends???​

Yes its running on many channels zee tv, life ok, star gold etc.
