SD Channels Freezing

I am having an issue with SD channels freezing on a HD box . Mainly Telugu channels freeze for a second and then become alright all hindi english and HD channels are perfect.

Is this an issue with tata sky, the dish also was rechecked and realigned.

PLease help..
