Only direct GTPL customers where GTPL owned cable tv line is there inly those customers only can log in..Cable operators line sinscriber customers can't log in..I tried but STB no. Is not valid is coming as mine is cable operators line..I have made many complaints with GTPL on mail and GTPL query for starting o line channels selection and online payment facilities for all customers irrespective of operators line but nothing is done..This facilities are Exclusive for GTPL owned lines only..Confirmed this with customer care also..Early action by GTPL is required so all customers can have ACCESS to the facility..
