Set Box Hangs while changing channel

Any body cam help me

I m having small hd+ box. The changing channel takes so much time. Some time even after 1 min

Whats the reason

It is exclusive feature of dish tv [emoji14] ...i have experienced this in both SD and HD box for part 2 years... Just got used to it... But the hangs are not too frequent.. So manageable...
