May be its updating new software? Otherwise u can go for recovery button below the set top box

Ur stb is faulty. U cant on &off the stb by remote controller. So pls swap the stb or upgrade...

You need to first ,power off your setup box and then restart the box , if problem is not solved u need to complaint customer care , and u need replace the setup box if there any faulty .
