Does Videocon D2H has Set Top Box Swap facility like Tata Sky? If it is there please somebody share the detailed terms & condition for this.

Then if my set box stops working then what will I do in that case? If Videcon D2H repairs it what kind of fees they will charge and whom should I contact to do that?is it recharge dealer or anyone else?

stb is under warranty till 12 months from date of purchase so it will b replaced free of cost. if stb is more than 12 months old then u will b charged for that

I saw in the website that Tata Sky charges around Rs.1000/- for STB swapping if the subscriber is more than 5 years old. Does Videocon D2H has similar policy like Tata Sky?

Yes they do have swap facility and for a SD box u will be charged Rs.650/-

Instead of taking SD swap box, u can go for HD stb at just 990
