Press Menu,go to My Dishtv, scroll Down, select STB info sheet, select transponder information, you will get to see signal strength & quality of each TP in percentage..
You can also check signal level bars of all TP under channel settin, Transponder list..

What is standard signal level that we should have..
As iam getting almost 75-80%
I have seen that you are getting 100%.. hows that possible and how to get that % of signal..
