MUMBAI: The Bombay High Court has granted bail to actor Shiney Ahuja, who has been in judicial custody for over three months for allegedly raping his maid.
The actor has been granted bail on surety of Rs 50,000 and the assurance that he will stay out of Mumbai. He cannot leave the country and will have to deposit his passport with the investigating officer.
