Signal Not Found for HD Channels

Bro,subscribed Eng Movie Hd Addon (Rs.75) yesterday.But got signal not found only for HD channels.
Dish tv cc told to check TP Signals (Green colour)-21TPS  and all are green only. Switched off ,removed power cable ad switched on again also. but not coming. Also 1801 - SUN HD not coming in the list also.
plz help.

R u using HD Stb or not. if u want HD English Movies Channels then TP23 to TP26 Also show in green.

Bro, Iam having HD STB and using mono block lnb for past few years and watched HD channels before few months back also. Got signal(green) only 21 TPs. Is there any TP Change happen. If so how to reset the same. Plz help.

Bro,after doing forced update also unable to view.Dish tv technician checked and changed LNB now able to view HD Channels.

Bro i have already told u TP23 to TP26 Required to show in green because u mentioned all channels r in these transponder.

i get only 21 TP's in Green. 22 to remaining TP's in red colour. now disappeared sun HD(lcn 1802) and Asianet HDlcn 1901). Total channel count is 481. am using Dish+ STB. is there any problem for SD channels by red colour TP 22 to 26?

U can now check there is all 26 TP r showing in green excluding TP no 22.

no...i get only 21 TP's in green in d last one year. am using DISH+ STB for sd only. called customer care in dis regard and told me the 21 TP is needed. so i neglect 22 to 26
