signal strength problem

i didnt get signal srength more than 20-30
what is the problem for it
can i get correct instruction from here

Could be a problem with the alignment of the dish or the alignment got disturbed for some reason. Mention your location details so people in your area can tell what signal strength they are getting.

20-30 percent signal is too low. Call customer care to get the problem fixed immediately!

First confirm whether your dish reflector or LNB disturbed by any means from previous correct setting....

Any obstruction in line of sight of reflector to satellite...any tree...or is it change with weather...can you say clearly when signal drops...

Signal strength is checked for transponder frequency...not for channels....
