I have 2 dth ADTV and VD2H . Tell me d2h signal please some tp no signal.and its white colour.and under 2/3.

Signal strength is not a proper indication. Quality matters. If quality strength is more than 3/4th (75%) and green in color you are good. But you can tweak it further to get above 90% quality. Few simple tweaks:
Skew adjustment, dish alignment (Horizontal and vertical adjustments). Since you already have signal, the adjustment required is less than few mm in any direction. You have to be very, very slow and cautious while making any adjustments.

If you don't understand what I am saying, you need an expert to do it for you
