No signal in TATA Play STB

1. No signal at all!
2. Box not used since over 20 months.
3. Home transponder: GSAT30-TP20-HOME.
4. Software update stuck at 0 (back>back>2485).
5. Master reset done!
6. GSAT 24 not even listed.

Which satellite should be selected and what should be the "Edit entry point" settings to obtain signal for successful software update?

ask for technician visit

I had similar issue in the past with one of the old box, since it is out of warranty don't waste time bro ..buy a new connection, these days with 2-3k you will get the box for free
