Salman Khan was a very limited actor from beginning but oh boy this Sikander movie is a joke.On stupidity level it is worse than Radhe and KKBKKJ
KKBKKJ is a masterpiece when compared to Sikandar.

Literally zero efforts in acting. Nil.
Dialogue delivery feels like he is speaking in a podcast.
He looks sleepy and tired the whole time.

I've heard that the scripts are actually good initially, until Salman takes full creative control changing the entire story because the original script requires him to put effort. The entire movie Sikandar is literally just Salman moving around from one place to another in a taxi.
Can't believe he left The Bull for this movie. Probably because Dharma wouldn't allow him to have full control. And playing an Army officer will require him to put effort.

I am not sure the creative control thing is correct. Most of the big stars to an extent try to put things in movies which they like.Aamir Khan was/is notorious for it.As for Salman,he has always been an average actor who never tries to go outside his comfort zone which is lazy acting. He has a loyal fan following especially among the lesser educated at mass centres. And for sake of Bollywood, they should stop copying the south indian movies.Every movie aimed at being mass entertainer is obnoxiously loud, dialogies delivered in the same manner, zero content, nonsensical glorification of the hero etc.Other day i was watching trailer of JATT the upcoming movie of Sunny Deol, the moment i saw Ramya Krishnan's dialogue i understood that this movie must have been directed by someone from Telugu/Tamil film industry.I hope in future the bollywood kingpins pickup good things from south movies rather than the nuisance ones.
