Yes, Because it's the content of Rohit Shetty not T Series. He could easily appeal against it if he wanted to.

The industry is taking a collective stand in moving away from T-Series. Stree 2 also moved from T-Series to Saregama. You can see a great decline in the number of films of which they have the music rights now.
