When exactly channel goes blank. Does it happening regularly or sometimes.

I am not sure but may be because of Sun Outage channels get blank during morning time but why in Evening :huh that is the question. I don't using SD so can't say exactly is this problem from SD side, from broadcaster side or from your equipment.
