Yes Vikram Sir, I use some good softwares like Mayavi, Scala Media, Powervision with other Video Editing and Playout softwares for adding our own logo, scroll message, watermark and special effects.

These are mostly used by TV Post-Production Studios and Cable operators.

Mr.Sudhansu sir, you can use VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org) which provides the ability to apply watermarks/logos to a video file.
