SONY ESPN HD now available in HD PACK

am having Max HD all South topup, but am not getting ESPN HD even after Heavy Refresh.

Incase of Channel not available in Package,HR to 54325 never works,you have to call CC only to do heavy refresh

Tried it many times before but never worked

Called CC and they were denying that it is not available in any pack still Asked them to do heavy refresh and now I'm getting it

Just day before yesterday I removed my Sony ESPN top up and now I am getting it on my existing pack. Though still waiting for my HR.
