Yes they should launch but if they Merge with Zee network then we can't expect GEC from Sony as Zee is already present in all 4 South languages.
But we may get to see big reality shows, movies from Sony on Zee South GECs.

If they merge with zee also they should launch a channel in south languages like Sony Sab which is telecasting Comedy Serials
