dishtv offering Indiacast UTV channels for free as a "On Request" ala carte because dishtv signs a contract under RIO terms so all channel should be available in ala carte basis but Indiacast UTV is forcing to make a payment for package deal and package deal are always be higher infront of ala carte deal.
