They tried in their early days, I saw the promo of Crime Petrol, CID, and KBC but they scrapped the two and only started CID. I guess some episodes of KBC were aired but Crime Petrol was cancelled.

IMO,the flagship sony channel itself depends on crime patrol, every day 12-7 they telecast crime patrol only, hence avoiding it to telecast on other sister channel

Because this is a Family Friendly Channel

CID is also not family friendly show
