But I m surprised at the LCN positioning, PAL will be positioned after 2 rerun chnls, Rishtey n star utsav :skd

Whereas, PAL is an entirely new chnl, shud get its lcn close to colors.
&TV is also abt to launch very shortly...

Why are they not moving those 2 useless shopping chnls, HS18 nd CJ Alive, from their respective positions of 112 n 114.

And PAL at 112, and &TV at 114, with zindagi at 113. :dodgy
