I think they will soon air these dubbed movies on hindi movie channels or syndicate regional rights to other networks otherwise buying them at hefty price will prove useless

Yes, they should telecast ad in regional high trp channel in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu then only people come to know, draw back is Sony have only Marathi regional channel other network like star, zee and color's too have their own regional language channel.

As per heading of thread it denotes full time channel will be available on regional languages. Is it going to be full time like history channel with multiple languages or only for Premier movies?

Not an issue, even if they air ads on hindi channels like Sony, Sony Max , Wah or Yay... People will come to know about it. Max, Wah gets major audience from Tamil, Telugu speaking regions apart from hindi belt.

Sony has problems in properly pricing /creating bouquet and promoting content well enough
