Sound Issue after logging in from google account.

At the first set up, I skipped to google login option and tv was runs smoothly, but when I logged in to a google account, Sound just stopped coming and just video was visible. So, I reseted the box and started again, again after logging in Sound stopped coming, and now after reset also, Sound is not coming. Anyone could help how to solve this?
